Need Help! Computer running in ultra slow motion!

My last thread with same title was archived. I was working with Ken545, My last post was on Oct 25 2009. My computer died and I had to take it into a repair shop. The computer would not boot up at all. At the shop the technicians could not find any problems with it. I brought it home and it boots up just fine, although, better then when I started working with Ken545, The computer is still slow. sometimes it freezes and programs frequently stop responding. It is also very slow loading web pages, sometimes hanging up for minutes. My anti-virus program indicates that it is virus free, But I think I may have some malware or something on board.

If you still require help please do the following


Download and Run RSIT

Please download Random's System Information Tool by random/random from here (http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe) and save it to your desktop.
Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
Once it has finished, two logs will open:

log.txt will be opened maximized.
info.txt will be opened minimized.

Please post the contents of both log.txt and info.txt.
