the main reason i am writing is that my 15 year old daughter has returned back to me a laptop I bought her 5 years ago as we had to buy a new one through her school
So after checking it it seems like she enabled pop ups and had avira turned off. I dont know for how long but enough to say theres unwanted stuff on it.
I did at times check it but have to say that after i enabled full adminstrative rights to my daughter... it went down hill - to my demise
Its been aweful over the last few days to remove unwanted software, update windows and delete history cookies etc. Takes forever just to load up software and at times have to hard boot in the middle of things as it crashes
I have managed to get a avira and hijack log. I attach the rapid share files for your perusal.
I hope someone could help me remove malware, virus and fix whatever is causing the extreme slowness on the laptop
