hi I have installed spybot on a vista operating system and when i run immunize "0" files are immunized. can anyone tell me how to fix this. so that im immunized . i am having this problem on more then one computer i use Ie and Firefox thanks if ya can help
When you press the Immunize button and are taken to the Immunize screen, it simply displays how many items are immunized.
Once there are you ever clicking the green cross at the upper left of the screen to actually perform immunization or are you simply assuming it's already been done?

when i immunize i watch the progress completing and at the end 0 files are protected and the total unprotected files and total files is the same number so no files are protected this is also happening on an xp computer of mine . Ive used spsd for many years on other computers and normally a lot of files are protected at the end of immunization. thank you for responding

Hello,
There seems to be a problem with immunizing FireFox 3.5. After FireFox has been opened new, the immunization is gone.
We are aware of this issue and have it already in our bugtracker (http://forums.spybot.info/project.php?issueid=384).
For now you use this workaround:
1. Open Firefox 3.5, go to Tools | Options | Privacy | Settings.
There uncheck the checkbox for "Site Preferences".
2. Open Firefox 3.5, go to Tools | Clear Recent History... OR press Ctrl+Shift+Del.
There uncheck the checkbox for "Site Preferences".
For more informations please have a look at this link (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=49881) in our forum.
Best regards

I looked at these settings and my "Site Preferences" were already unchecked. I still don't have the Firefox immunization options.
Any other suggestions?
