Mr. Pow!

So a few days ago, I installed Microsoft Office (scanned clean) and I had to restart. When my computer got back up, it popped up this error:
‘C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe’
terminated unexpectedly with status code
-1073741482. The system will now shut
down and restart.
The countdown would start at 60 seconds and go down. I let it restart but took hours and only lead to a black screen. Safe mode wouldn't work when I tried. I soon tried to log in anyways. I got in but nothing appeared but my background. I opened my task manager and checked out my processes. explorer.exe was not running so I had to run it. It did not run. I had to copy explorer.exe from another computer (both are windows xp) onto my flash drive and run it from there. Everything was ok but no programs (control panel, mbam, rsit, exe helper, or regcure) worked well! I tried to use MalwareBytes but after about 10 seconds into the scan, it would disappear. I checked the source and mbam.exe disappeared too. How can I fix this?!
There is another computer (same exact model with windows xp) in my house, in case that helps. Sorry for the long description.
