Hi everyone. I'm at my wit's end here, and I'm not sure what to do. I don't even know if this is the right place to be!
My mother has a keylogger somewhere. I can only assume, with my minimal knowledge of this stuff, that it is ChiFuncExt.exe but I can't really find any definitive answers anywhere. I've seen a few posts, but the suggested remedies are so involved and I can't really follow them too well. I did download hijackthis and ran a report, but I just don't know what to do with all the information.
Initially, I wasn't able to even download SpyBot -- I believe the cultprit was MyWebTattoo (ugh!) or something. I was finally able to get those off, except I STILL can't remove a program from the add/remove programs list. I've checked the registry after careful maneuvering, and I don't see it listed there.
Anyway, would anyone be able to help me pretty please? My mother's WoW account was hacked into and I'm really concerned that the other computers on her home network may also be affected.
Any help here will be GREATLY appreciated.

I should note that when I finally was able to run Spybot it found quite a few keyloggers. I removed them (or "fixed" the problem with Spybot) but I'm just not really sure what to do from here.
Hello i-hate-malware,
Please see this FAQ, "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)
Then start a new thread and copy paste the HJT log into it.
If HJT won't run please start a new topic anyway, make note of the situation, don't add posts and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
Best regards.

As directed, I am posting my HJT log. I have to admit, I don't really understand all of the stuff in the "Please Read Before Posting" sticky thread, so I would be very VERY appreciative if you bear with me. I'm not computer illiterate, I just haven't had to deal with this before.
Here is the HJT log:

Please let me know what I should do from here.
I should note, there are TWO computers on this home network. I do not see signs of any infection on the other computer -- only this one for which I posted the HJT log. It did have MyWebTattoo and FastWebSearch on it, and for the most part I think I've removed those. But, there must be a keylogger somewhere because her WoW account was hacked into.
Any help will be greatly appreciated - thank you so much.
Also - name is Virginia. Thanks :)
