adware on pc, unable to download fixes

Hi,

Maybe you've seen this before, but I have a case of adware (at least). When I try to download adware fixes ie spybot, my download screen tells me the download is canceled. When I tell it to retry, the file appears to download, they show up in my documents file, but when the download is done, I can't access the file to run it, and it has disappeared from my documents file. I've tried several websites that have cleaners, but haven't been able to download any of them. Please help

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/dds) or here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr) or here (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds).
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
DDS.txt
Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
