Hi,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/dds) or here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr) or here (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds).
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
DDS.txt
Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.

Download GMER (http://www.gmer.net) here by clicking download exe -button and then saving it your desktop:
Double-click .exe that you downloaded
Click rootkit-tab and then scan.
Don't check
Show All
box while scanning in progress!
When scanning is ready, click Copy.
This copies log to clipboard
Post log in your reply.

Hello ,I did all the task you asked me too. and
of course ,as usual , I don't have a clue how to understand them. Attached are the scan results in text format. I have compress the Gmer text file to accommodate the limit of files upload set by forum.

I hope you could resolve this, and by the way , I updated my window XP pro,Sp3, blocking cookies from a bunch of sites that always showed up when Google was redirected ,It seems to work. I don't get redirected inn the last 48 hours. But to be safe, I'd rather have you look at the scans. Thank you Blade:confused:

Hi,

Looks good now but better update a couple of 3rd party applications too.

Uninstall old Adobe Reader versions and get the latest one (9.2) here (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=10&platform=Windows) or get Foxit Reader here (http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader_2/down_reader.htm). Make sure you don't install toolbar if choose Foxit Reader! You may also check free readers introduced here (http://pdfreaders.org/).

Uninstall vulnerable Flash versions by following instructions here (http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html). Fresh version can be obtained here (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/).

Also, uninstall Ask Toolbar if not installed on purpose.
