Everytime I run Spybot it tells me that it found this:
Command Service, 3 entries found (malware):
(SBI $957D5FBB) settings
HKEY_local_machine\system\current control set\service\cmd service
(SBI $C52578BD) settings
HKEY_local_machine\system\control set001\services\cmd service
(SBI $55535EE0) settings
HKEY_local_machine\system\control set003\services\cmd service

When I click on "Fix selected problems" I get a message that says:
Some problems couldn't be fixed, the reason could be that the associated files are still in use (Memory), this could be fixed after a restart. May Spybot run on your next system startup?. And when I restart my computer, Spybot runs before anything else loads but then it finds the same thing and it gives me the same message.
Is this something I should worry about? and if yes, how can I remove it from my computer?. Can anyone help please?.Thank you.

Hello,

Please run a scan in safe mode:
http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm
That should fix it.

By the way - please do not create a forum thread and send an e-mail to support, as this is double work. ;)
Thanks. :)

Best regards
Sandra
