Infected with multiple viruses

Hi,

I recently downloaded an infected file accidentally and I can't seem to get rid of whatever my computer has been infected with. Ive ran spybot, and it removed a few things, but it did not solve the problem. I have already run hijackthis and have posted my logfile below.

I also run winpatrol in the background always and since this has been happening I keep getting the prompt to kill these two auto startup programs:

c:\windows\system32\wowijohi.dll,a

C:\Windows\system32\notepad.dll,_IWMPEvents@0


I would really appreciate any help you could give me.
