Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Flystud.yo (virus)

Dear All,

How u doin all, hopin Great & Happy new year to all of you!!

I am just new to this form, last night i receive the warning mentiond below from my F-secure anti virus, then i scan my whole PC, I have windows 2000 in it,
F-Secure warning!
Miculacious code found in the file C:\WINNT\system32\545621\1FFD42.EXE
Infection Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Flystud.yo (virus)
Action The file was renamed
Virous detection , Please contect your local service desk

I appreciate if some one can help to remove & disinfect this virous,

Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Flystud.yo (virus)
C:\WINNT\system32\545621\1FFD42.0XE
D:\My Doc. on D\R-R Projects\SEWA\SEWA Rockwell\Gas Compressor Panel view Application\Rockwell Software.0xe

Question : I actually CUT the folder "C:\WINNT\system32\545621\1FFD42.0XE" from the directory and deleted, now I am afrade if i switch off the system it may not reboot properly, Is it ??
