Hi, I reccently posted a thread about me being unable to do anything on my computer due to a virus. Turned out that I had to restore the system. Now I'm not too sure as to whether or not there is a a fault with the computer (maybe a virus) it just seems to take ages to start up, and runs sluggishly. Thanks for any help

Heres the HJT logfile.

Hi skybluelegend

Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here (http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe) and save it to your desktop.
Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)

You seem to have a little free RAM.

Is it OK to suggest which startup programs to disable?

I'm very sorry but I never got any email notification from this one.

They are not required in first place, yes.

You can disable these with HijackThis:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Adobe Reader Speed Launcher] "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\Reader_sl.exe"
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ShStatEXE] "C:\Program Files\McAfee\VirusScan Enterprise\SHSTAT.EXE" /STANDALONE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\QTTask.exe" -atboottime
\Advanced SystemCare 3\AWC.exe" /startup
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [msnmsgr] "C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Messenger\msnmsgr.exe" /background
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SmartRAM] "C:\Program Files\IObit\Advanced SystemCare 3\Sup_SmartRAM.exe" /m
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [AutoStartNPSAgent] C:\Program Files\Samsung\Samsung New PC Studio\NPSAgent.exe

If you need any instructions, just ask.
