New To Forum W/ A Problem

[Help Me Please!]

Hi, I just joined this forum due to the fact that I am desperately in need of help. My parent's computer seems to have been infected by multiple virus/malware and I am not quite that experienced within these sorts of field. So I have Downloaded Spybot S&D but when the scan finishes... I receive some kind of error notice such as: "unexpected error in fixing problems (cannot create file "C:\windows\system32/drivers\etc\hosts". Access is denied". So I Googles this error and turns out that there are some more folks who have had this error and I was fortunate to stumble upon these threads:

So I downloaded the DDS.SCR and GMER, and have run the DDS, I get 2 logs but after this I really do not know what to do....

If someone could help me, that would be greatly appreciated.

Please wait to be advised and Do NOT run 'FIXES' (ComboFix etc) without being asked (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=16806) (Pinned Sticky topic) If the infection prevents HJT from running, please start a topic, make note of the situation and wait for a response. Please do not add logs from other scans. :)

Note that all instructions given are customized for that member's computer only, the tools used may cause damage if run on a machine with different specs/infections. Please do not take fixes given to another user and apply to your own machine.
