My browser kept redirecting me to different websites and it would say that my computer was infected and that i needed to download malware removal software. It looked suspicious and it didnt fool me, but my symantec antivirus didnt pick it up, so i downloaded a different one but it wouldnt fix it. I ended up using Hitman Pro 3.5 and it found the problem and fixed it. But I still see the H8SRT registry keys in my registry. They look like this:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\H8SRT
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\H8SRT\connections
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\H8SRT\disallowed
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\H8SRT\injector
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\H8SRT\versions
Hitman pro looks like it changed something so that they cannot do any harm, but can i delete them from the registry or should i just leave them alone?
Thanks!!
