The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Softomate.BullseyeToolBar" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Softomate.BullseyeToolBar creates different browser helper objects for the Internet Explorer. It also shows Internet Explorer pop ups.
Removal Instructions:

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\IEToolbar\Bullseye Tool Bar\basis.xml".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\IEToolbar\Bullseye Tool Bar\icons.bmp".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\IEToolbar\Bullseye Tool Bar\info.txt".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\IEToolbar\Bullseye Tool Bar\lw.crc".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\IEToolbar\Bullseye Tool Bar\lwpopper.html".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\IEToolbar\Bullseye Tool Bar\tbhelper.dll".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\IEToolbar\Bullseye Tool Bar\version.txt".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\IEToolbar\Bullseye Tool Bar\your_logo.png".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Softomate.BullseyeToolBar uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Folders:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these folders.

The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\IEToolbar\Bullseye Tool Bar".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Softomate.BullseyeToolBar uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "{4509d3cc-b642-4745-b030-645b79522c6d}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{4509d3cc-b642-4745-b030-645b79522c6d}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{ca3eb689-8f09-4026-aa10-b9534c691ce0}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{ca3eb689-8f09-4026-aa10-b9534c691ce0}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{d97fc677-694d-4a75-ac89-a5b85c2bcfed}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{d97fc677-694d-4a75-ac89-a5b85c2bcfed}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry value "{4509d3cc-b642-4745-b030-645b79522c6d}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\".
Delete the registry value "{ca3eb689-8f09-4026-aa10-b9534c691ce0}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\".
Delete the registry value "{d97fc677-694d-4a75-ac89-a5b85c2bcfed}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\".
If Softomate.BullseyeToolBar uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).

Browser:
