sysWOW64 virus HELP NEEDED ASAP

hello my AVG antivirus keeps on popping up saying that I have virus' and they are all located within the folder C:/windows/sysWOW64. My system freezes/crashes whenever I attempt to remove the malware using AVG. Would simply deleting the sysWOW64 folder cure the problem or create new ones? Can somebody please advise me on how to remove this problem. Thank You.

Then start a new thread and copy paste the HJT log into it.

If HJT won't run please start a new topic anyway, make note of the situation and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
