Sorry if I am posting in the wrong section or not following some procedure, but this is probably the first time im writing a post in any kind of online forum. I have a simple but very annoying problem. I decided to do something dumb and go to this website called Myheritage where you can make a celebrity look-a-like collage of yourself. This required you to download a toolbar for IE. Well I downloaded it, used it, then disabled it in my IE add-ons list. However something unexpected happened. Now everytime I open a new tab in IE8, instead of displaying the default blank tab page ( with frequently visited pages, and other search options) I now end up with some kind of search page with Myheritage written on it. I've tried going through the IE8 reset procedure after making sure that I uninstalled the related toolbar. However, the problem remains. I would greatly appreciate any help to resolve this matter.
