Possible infection of Win32:Tdss-DR

Alright, here's the situation. Tried to update a program I use, the curse client to be specific, and then I started to see pop ups appear all of the time, as well as DOS screens popping up and disappearing at startup. A box would then appear and say some dll wasn't found. Did a search for that dll and was told it was malware. Ran a scan (And since you guys want to know, I ran about 5-7 scans with my anti-virus software and I think a couple with Spybot S&D...sorry, didn't know) It did stop appearing, but last I knew, I was still infected. Doesn't make any sense that an infection would just disappear? Here's the hijackthis log. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/dds) or here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr) or here (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds).
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:

Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
