Win32.Podnuha.rtk (and Virtumonde.sdn) removal

I'm running Vista 64-bit, and recently picked up the two trojans listed above, as per a Spybot S&D scan.

I started out trying to remove the Win32.podnuha.rtk trojan (one at a time...I thought I'd do that before dealing with the Virtumonde.sdn).

I looked for the dll file and two registry entries listed in Spybot's 'manual removal' instructions for Win32.podnuha.rtk, and none of them show up anywhere on my computer or in the registry.

I'm willing to re-install Windows if necessary, but thought I'd start here and find out if there's a simpler but equally reliable way to deal with these critters.

Then start a new thread and copy paste the HJT log into it.

If HJT won't run please start a new topic anyway, make note of the situation and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
