I.E. 8 compatibility issues?

Hello All:
I stoped using Spybot when I installed Internet Explorer 8 due to the fact that I had to disable most of Spybots real time protection in order to get it to work with Internet Explorer 8. Have all of the issues been worked out, so that I can start using it again?
