please help some kind of virus

before I get started I want to thank you in advance for your help you all have been very helpful in the past.

Ok this is my mothers computer and she said that she opened an email on myspace and after opening that email something popped up stating there was a virus on the computer. so I ran s&d and it found a few things and removed them. when I log on regularly I cant open any programs the only way the computer works now is in safe mode. details below thanks for the help
