DNS Flush infection

Hello, Thanks for hosting this valuable service. I am unable to update either Spybot or Malwarebytes definitions. This happened after an apparent infection while clicking on a link that said I needed a flash player plug-in. Resident popped up and said it terminated a malicious program, at which point I tried to run the update but Firefox couldn't find the server. I tried to do a manual fix using Spybot...it said problem was fixed, but as I was trying to donate to Spybot I was denied access to the donation site too. Here's my Hijack this file... I patiently await your reply and thank you again. I do want to donate once I get this fixed.
