Administrator rights not recognized

I'm using a new laptop, uploaded spybot, and am told that I can't completely immunize because I don't have admin rights. Yes, I do. I double checked my user account and I am Admin.
Guidance please?! (windows pro, internet, on HP pavillion):red:

If you have Vista or Windows 7,rightclick the Spybot icon and select Run As Administrator.
