can load spybot

hey, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.
im having trouble running spybot. every time i go to run it,it freezes on the loading bar screen and says its not responding.i read the FAQ on here on what to do if it can't open it and nothing it says works. I've tried reinstalling it and still.I also I installed Ad-Aware but it wouldn't run either :S. any idea whats going on? how do i fix this?....:thanks:

If your computer is showing signs of infection, and/or security programs won't run or update please follow the instructions on posting a HJT log, start a new topic in the Malware Removal Forum (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22) and copy paste the log into it.

If HJT won't run please start a new topic anyway, make note of the situation and and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
