Not sure what kind of malware is it.

Hi there. Here are the symptoms : I cannot open MalwareBytes - Anti malware, msconfig, many websites (like twitter, this one(i'm on an another computer) and many others. I cannot boot windows in safe mode. I cannot open HijackThis. I cannot end the processes of the virus ( they reappear ). I can't change the startup programs, if i try, the disabled ones reappear. The only thing i can open is SpyBot. I've already scanned with it. It caught a Virtumonde.sdn and some registry changers (they reappear). I hope you can help me. Thanks!
