I just cant get rid of this Command Service Virus...I have downloaded several virus scans, internet sweepers, etc, and Command Service seems to be the only virus that is causing me popups, slowing down my computer, and there is constantly an hourglass next to my cursor showing that my computer is doing something...here is a Hijackthis report....

Your running Hijackthis from a temp and/Or it still hasnt been unzipped, neither is a good idea.
Create a new folder, for instance C:\AntiSpyware
Download the exe from here to that new folder.
http://www.merijn.org/files/HijackThis.exe
This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong
Make and post a new log please.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press Enter

When it is done, the results of the scan will be displayed and it will create a log named rapport.txt in the root of your drive, eg: Local Disk C: or partition where your operating system is installed. Ok, I did everything followed up until the SmitFraudFix program. I downloaded it, extracted all of the filed to my desktop, the SmitFraudFix Folder was saved to my desktop, but when I opened up the folder, there was no program named SmitFraudFix.cmd? I'm not exactly sure why. Any suggestions on that?
Ok wait nevermind, my McAfee was blocking access, so I allowed access and followed those instructions as well. I believe the "rapport" is the only log you requested me to post so here it is...

Launch Notepad (not wordpad), and copy and paste the contents of the code box below into a new text file.
Save it as file name: "fixme.reg" (not including the quotes). Save as file type: All files (*.*) and save it on your Desktop.

Now double-click on the fixme.reg file you saved and click on the Yes button when it asks if you would like to merge the information. Once you get a successful message delete fixme.reg.
Restart your PC into Safe mode.
Run smithfraudfix , choose option 2 fix
Do a full scan with SpyBot fix any items found then do the same with ewido
Restart back to a normal windows session , post back and let use know of any problems.
I followed all of the above steps and Command Service is still showing up as a Virus on Spybot s&d and it still will not be removed..any ideas?

Please download and unzip Ren-cmdservice to your desktop.
http://downloads.subratam.org/Lon/ren-cmdservice.zip
Open the ren-cmdservice folder by doubleclicking it and then doubleclick the
ren-cmdservice.bat file to run the program.
A text will open when it is finished, Post it please.
Then restart the PC run SpyBot check for and fix any problems found.
When next you check for problems it wont or shouldnt be there.
Also Post a fresh Hijackthis log

going to restart now and check for problems on spybot, will keep you updated and will post another ijack this log when i'm finished.
Well I ran Spybot again and No Viruses Found! I seem to be running a bit faster and i'm not getting anymore random popups but my cursor does still have the hourglass next to it which most likely means I still have some sort of a virus, right? Looks like one file returned
Run Hijackthis click >"config" then "misc tools" >"delete file on reboot"
(exact spelling counts!!! so dont browse to the files)
Copy/Paste the bolded line below into the File name box then click Open,
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Settings\artm_new.dll
Answer YES to the prompt to reboot the PC,
Then run Hijackthis and fix these two items
