Have read posts; embarassed-no skill to apply fix to malware

I have never posted to a forum. I have the dreaded CoolWWWSearch.Dreplace installed. I run Spybot - that is how I found it. I have read all the posts but I am too unskilled to understand them. I am a retired/disabled ol fart and would be very grateful if someone would be willing to call me to walk me thru the fixing process. I do apologize for my ignorance but this nasty glom of malware is f__king up my computer. Please help an ol man out.
