spybot search and destroy

after i have ran a full system scan some of the problems cant be fixed and it tells me "this action may not be performed completely since you are not the administrator." "if you want this performed for all users please run this application elevated as an administrator." so i went into control panel clicked on user accounts and family safety. then i clicked on user accounts. and then i made sure i was set up as administrator and it says i am the administrator as i should be seeing as I'm the only user account on this computer. so my question is what am i to do in order to get the spybot to register that i am the administrator.

Hello Chris Anderson,

You didn't mention your operating system, :) Windows Vista or Windows 7 might tell you that you are not being allowed to operate at the administration level of your computer.

Right-click the Spybot - Search & Destroy entry in your start menu, instead of just left-clicking to start it.

Then, choose "Run as administrator" from the context menu.
