Backdoor.Tidserv help

Hi,

How do I get rid of the Backdoor.Tidserv trojan/virus/malware??????? Antivirus picks it up but can't clean or quarantine it. The message from Symantec Antivirus is below and it keeps popping up on our computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated! We're running Windows XP.
