Hello,
A screen popped up this morning saying to run a scan using "Security Tool" and I pressed run thinking it was my regular scan. Since I have gotten a bunch of messages saying there are security threats and to get protection using this "Security Tool" which I have not done.
I am now not able to use my computer to get on the internet or to run programs. I have tried to download the hijackthis tool (from the computer I am sending this message from) and put it on my computer but have not been able to.
I have no idea what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated.
