Vista antivirus 2010

Does anyone know how to remove "Vista Antivirus 2010" - slipped in somehow without asking for admin rights or any install. Was on the web, then something popped up and closed the windows. Now every mniute or so there is a popup saying buy Vista Antivirus 2010 to get rid of the attacks.Help!

Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22) where an analyst will advise you as soon as available.

Does anyone have any experience with removing Vista Antivirus 2010. Did not install anything - it snuck in onto my Vista platform.
