The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Win32.Prolaco.p" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Win32.Prolaco.p copies some malicious files to the system directory of the operating system and installs a malicious Firefox extension. In order to avoid detection it tries to hide with filenames like google.exe. Additionally Win32.Prolaco.p disables the Windows User Access Control (UAC) in order to compromise the computer security.
Removal Instructions:

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.

Entries named "Google Update3" and pointing to "<$SYSDIR>\GoogleUpdates.exe".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

A file with an unknown location named "document.exe".
A file with an unknown location named "document.jpg.exe".
A file with an unknown location named "document.pdf.exe".
The file at "<$APPDATA>\SystemProc\lsass.exe".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Mozilla Firefox\extensions\{9CE11043-9A15-4207-A565-0C94C42D590D}\chrome.manifest".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Mozilla Firefox\extensions\{9CE11043-9A15-4207-A565-0C94C42D590D}\chrome\content\timer.xul".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Mozilla Firefox\extensions\{9CE11043-9A15-4207-A565-0C94C42D590D}\install.rdf".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\GoogleUpdates.exe".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Win32.Prolaco.p uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Folders:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these folders.

The directory at "<$APPDATA>\SystemProc".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Mozilla Firefox\extensions\{9CE11043-9A15-4207-A565-0C94C42D590D}\chrome\content".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Mozilla Firefox\extensions\{9CE11043-9A15-4207-A565-0C94C42D590D}\chrome".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Mozilla Firefox\extensions\{9CE11043-9A15-4207-A565-0C94C42D590D}".

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "Google3" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\".
Delete the registry key "Google3" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\".
Delete the registry value "Curr version" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\".
Delete the registry value "google5" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\".
Delete the registry value "google6" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\".
Delete the registry value "Inst Date" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\".
Delete the registry value "Last Date" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\".
Delete the registry value "Popup count" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\".
Delete the registry value "Popup date" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\".
Delete the registry value "Popup time" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\".
Delete the registry value "RTHDBPL" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer\Run\".
