Strange error during installation.

I've downloaded spybotsd14.exe and when I try to run it I get this strange error (I have Win 2k) :

I've tried several times and I get the same error msg with different name for the file .bin

http://www.hostingimages.org/pub/1456/error2.jpg

I've changed the mirror for the download, tried in safe mode, scan my PC for viruses, malware and co.(not present) but the problems remain.

Can you help me ?

please check if spybotsd14.exe has a digital signature from Safer Networking Ltd. To do so right click on spybotsd14.exe and select "Properties" and select the tab "digital signatures".

I confirm you that the file has the digital signature from Safer Networking Ltd.
I have downloaded the installer from the suggested mirrors, I've tried 4/5 times with all the different mirrors, the last time was from "CHIP online - Germany".
