Win32.zbot

Hi Guys,
I recently had my twitter account hacked several times, this prompted me to research possible breeches in security on my computer. I downloaded and ran Spybot Search and Destroy, and it detected the Win32.zbot, I asked it to remove the problem, but it keeps appearing when I run the program.

I have downloaded ERUNT.
I have dowloaded HJT.
I have downloaded Superantispyware.

I would appreciate help with the removal of this infection, as I understand it has been collecting information that could be used for identity theft.
