Error Retreiving update info file

Hi

I've recently re-installed spybot onto this PC after it was taken off but it won't install updates. I can't log onto security websites and I can't download security updates or programes including spybot. I have copied the most recent spybot from my good pc to this one but it's not finding any issues nor updating either.

We run AVG as the virus scanner and spybot

I am at my wits end - any help gratefully rec'd!

Your computer seems to be infected then. Most of malware blocks security which makes harder to remove them.
