I'm not sure what I have. Need a second opinion

I can not go to the comand line and navigate the computer. as in "explorer.exe C:" it will just not allow anything to happen. running bat files will not work either. I'm not sure if this is spyware or not. I have attached a hijack this log file. Any information would be helpful

1 - download and run RSIT

Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here (http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe) and save it to your desktop.
Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt<- (will be maximized) and info.txt<- (will be minimized)

2 - Status Check
