Spybot says I have the win32 virus, however it's unable to remove it. The PC is running really slow without good reason I assume it's down to that and possibly other malware. Not sure what exactly the problem is and where to go from here to fix it. Any solutions would be much appreciated.

Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.

1 - download and run RSIT

Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here (http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe) and save it to your desktop.
Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt<- (will be maximized) and info.txt<- (will be minimized)

2 - Status Check
