Is there any way to find out and remove some kind of key logger or what is running on my computer that lets a person see what I`m typing on my computer and what web sites I go to. I have tryed everything to find out what is running on my computer but cant find anything, but the maintance man here keeps talking about stuff I type on my computer and the sites I go to, any help please

The Maintenance man works in the apartment building where I live, this is one of 3 computers I own
