Mozilla Firefox 3.6: S&D immunization settings deleted when closing browser

Hi,
S&D immunization settings are deleted (or reset to 0) when using Mozilla Firefox 3.6, with activated Option >> Privacy >> "clear history when Firefox closes".

Any hint how this can be avoided? As far as I can recall this did not happen with earlier versions of Mozilla.
