My PC is almost paralysed by an infection - from one-care-antivirus

Trying to flog a product XP Internet Security 2010.

A relative living overseas redirected me to this forum. Can someone please help?

I have done the registry backup thing and run the Hijackthis scan. Please advise what i have to do next.

Apologies if this is clumsy but i dont know anything much about the protocols to follow in this type of forum.

Thanks!
