PLEASE HELP! Internet and Auto Update appear to be disabled!!!

It appears that I have something going on that has hosed me up - I can not reach the internet - I can not ping outside the network - although I can reach the internet through other PC's on my network - so I know its not a router issue - It was all of a sudden which leads me to believe I got caught by some malware.
I have run Symantec and Malwarebytes tgo no avail - mind you I can not get the update to Malwarebytes as I can't access the internet.

Hi,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/dds) or here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr) or here (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds).
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
DDS.txt
Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
