Stuck with Malware, Again

Hello.
Here's the deal:
run Spybot check for problems and the following Trojans appear:
Win32.Rungbu.a (1)
DNSFlush.CWS (3)
Virtumode.dll (TrojanC-05)
run Spybot fix problems
appears problems fixed
reboot computer and the same Trojans are detected.
Is something lodged in Startup?
Would dearly appreciate HELP as ignorance, at least for me, breeds anxiety!

run Spybot fix selected problems and problems appear to be fixed
reboot computer and again run Spybot check for problems and
the same Trojans are detected.
Is something lodged within Startup?
Please HELP! as, at least for me, ignorance breeds anxiety...

Have you tried running an up to date Spybot-S&D in safe mode?

If the problem persists please follow instructions in "BEFORE you POST" to produce a log and start a new topic here in the malware removal forum.
