lost internet and now no response from my helper

I still need help for this computer please!

when i try to open explorer it comes up with an internet explorer is shutting down msg and when I open further links on there it says that it will shut down C:DOCUME~1\Dawn\LOCALS~1\Temp\7e09-appcomat.txt with the explorer.

I also get two other msgs that say Microsoft Feeds Synchronization has encountered a problem and msfeeddssync.exe- Application Error
The instruction at "0x77d4bbcd" referenced memory at "0x00000048" the memory could not be read. I get these every time. I start the computer and they pop up constantly!
