unexpected error in fixing problems cannot create file

I entered the log as requested, fraud.windowsprotectionsuite will not delete from my computer. Spyware finds it but access is denied, here is the log file that I copied as requested. can someone help me remove this?

Please see this forum's FAQ which details how to produce a HJT log and copy paste it into a new topic.

If HJT won't run please start a new topic anyway, make note of the situation and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
