Virtumonde Problem

So I have tried using both Spybot and Vundofix to try and get rid of this Virtumonde Virus, but just doesnt seem to work. I have tried to install Malware, but for some reason (maybe because of this virus) I am not able to install / run this application. If anyone that has had a problem with this virus, that can give me some suggestions or input I would greatly appreciate it.
