spybotSD.exe keeps getting deleted.

A virus scan shows the machine to be "clean", buy my system is infected with something, I install spybot from a "good download". Installation proceeds without error.

In the blink of an eye, as soon as the install is completed, spybotSD.exe and a DLL in the C:\ProgramFiles\Spybot folder have been deleted.

I've searched the forums here, and the web but can find no mention of malware that does this.

Any suggestions on how to track this nasty down ?
