Trojan removal help please!

Hi
my spybot s&d yesterday found the Trojan win32.Zbot.rtk
it keeps asking 2 scan and remove on boot but it just won't go away! It says that it is fixed but a new scan shows that it isn't. I have tried your manual removal but cannot find the files the website says.

Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried running Spybot-S&D in safe mode?

If that doesn't help please see this forum's FAQ which details how to produce a HJT log, copy paste it into a new topic and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
