Hello
Bearshare is detected as PUPS.
Potentially unwanted program, which it is indeed:

If you wish to exclude bearshare from detection during scanning, open Spybot-S&D> Mode>Advanced>Tools>Ignore Products and check bearshare so that Spybot-S&D no longer scans for it.

Regards.
Bearshare itself is not spyware, but Zango is, and Bearshare requires a Zangoinstallation to work, so you should consider this when using Bearshare, or more precisely when using the Gnutella-P2P-Network.

Can you tell me how to get rid of Bearshare??? Spybot is detecting it, but says it can't repair it.

i got pissed off with zango so first stopped the application running via task manager, then opened the .exe in notepad, and deleted the entire code. it tries to run it, but fails, so i don't have to put up with spyware....
