IP Address redirect

My internet security software has posted a warning that Windows hosts file has been redirected. It fixes the problem but it is reoccurring, 4 times thus far. Also I noticed one of the standard user accounts has access to the admin Users> AppData> Temp files without the usual Vista UAC prompt while all other user acounts require an 'allow' confirmation from the UAC prompt.

In the admin temp folder there where 43 TMP files with this type of name:

~DF324E.tmp

I was able to delete all of them except for one and now there are 6 of them.

One more thing, when trying to remove one of my USB memory sticks I receive a prompt which states the generic volume device cannot be stopped because it is being used by another program. I have all windows closed so afaik the device is not in use.

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.com) or here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr) or here (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds).
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
DDS.txt
Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
