ntload.dll, etc. removal

I thought I permanantly removed some issues recently with Spybot & Norton; ntload.dll, scandisk.dll & some others, but my PC still seems to be acting strange with popups & slow IE pages.
I'm attaching my HijackThis log if someone could help analyze & advise me if there's something else that might be causing issues.

Do you still need help?
Please post a new HijackThis log and an uninstall list.

Uninstall list.

Open HijackThis.
Click on the Open the Misc Tools section button.
Look under System tools.
Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
Click on the Save list... button.
It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location. By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
Notepad will open. Please post this log in your next reply.
