Spybot infecting sistem?!

when i was scaning the sistem with spybot,my antivirus nod32 has detect and cleaned a infiltration with Zlob.trojan,.at the time no connection to network.so far so good.spybot detects virtumonde but,doesnt remove it from sistem.i had to do it manualy with advices from symantec guys.in order to be sure that the trojan is removed i run the online test of pc cillin,status ok,run the onlinetest from symantec,status ok.run spybot status ok.upload the spybot and .......new bumm : smitfraud-C detected,and succesfuly deleted by spybot.a bit strange after the sistem being scaned and looking ok.i downloaded the spybot from CNET.is possible to have .....something added?

Security programs often flag different malware variants which is why multi-layered security is good as long as one does not install more than one resident anti virus program/firewall.
